Article 9 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires that all Fire Risk Assessments are completed by a competent person regularly.

According to the 'Fire Safety Regulations 2022, mutli-occupied building over 11m high, communal fire door must be checked every 3 months. Flat Entrance Doors should be checked annually

Other buildings deemed at a lower risk, should be check annually as a minimum
